MSPCA-Angell Animal Hospital is looking to add a Per Diem Certified Veterinary Technician in our busy ER-CCU Service.

What You'll Do: Working at Angell with state-of-the-art equipment, you will use your advanced skills in our CCU to perform blood transfusions, care and maintenance of tracheostomy, chest tube and nasal oxygen cannula, ventilator patient care, maintain continuous closed chest drainage systems, central line and urinary catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring for minor emergency procedures, assist with thoracocentisis, abdominocentisis, pericardiocentesis and hemodialysis patient care, exotics care, arterial blood sampling and catheters, management of multiple types of feeding tubes including nasogastric, nasoesophageal, esophageal, and PEG tubes, total parenteral nutrition (TPN) and partial parenteral nutrition (PPN) and wound vac maintenance in post-operative patients.
