Job Description
CCV is an AAHA accredited and Gold Certified Cat Friendly Practice that was opened by Dr. Michael Friedlander in the Fall of 2006. The scope of practice is primarily general medicine, internal medicine, and dentistry- a large number of our patients have been referred to us for second or third opinions. The diagnostics that we are able to provide as a feline-only private practice are unparalleled: echocardiography, ultrasound, digital radiography, oto/rhino/endoscopy, Idexx in-house analyzers, etc. We are committed to providing every patient with the highest standard of medical care, always moving at the speed of the cat and paying close attention to rising spiciness.
The employees we have are incredible, from reception to assistant to technician. Every member of our team is a Fear Free Certified Professional (we are in the process of becoming a Fear Free Certified Practice) and highly dedicated to our hospital’s internal mission statement, “I am the hand that clients (and patients!) seek for comfort, service and compassionate care, above all else.” We value professional development and empowerment for all levels of employment- consistently doing our best to provide applicable continued education. Our hours of operation reflect the importance of a healthy work-life balance: closed weekends, M/Tu/Th/F we are open 7am-6pm and Wednesdays 7am-12pm.
