As the Supervising Registered Veterinary Technician on our beautiful campus in San Rafael, California, you'll maintain optimal health for our amazing dogs in their journey to become successful guides and beyond.
As our Supervising RVT, you will recruit, hire, supervise, and develop our Veterinary Technician team; schedule Technician to ensure coverage; coordinate Volunteers to assist with the daily workload; assist with inventory management; and monitor protocols to ensure compliance with American Animal Hospital Association, Veterinary Medical Board, OSHA, and DEA guidelines.
The qualifications you'll need:
California RVT license
Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program
3+ years of position-related experience; supervisor experience desirable
Ability to work holidays, weekends, and on call as required
