The Northway Animal Emergency Clinic is currently seeking a board-certified small animal internal medicine specialist or ACVIM approved residency trained individual to join our amazing team of emergency clinicians and specialists. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both ultrasound and endoscopy, motivated and collaborative with strong communication skills to work closely with local veterinarians. We are a well-established, VECCS Level II 24 hour emergency and critical care center in addition to a very busy surgical referral service. Our specialty service has grown rapidly over the last 18 months and we are looking for the right individual to help us expand our specialty and referral offerings. We have made a commitment to invest all necessary resources, and equipment so that we can continue to provide the highest level of care to our patients, owners and referring veterinarians.
NAEC serves over 50 area veterinary hospitals and we consider this position ideal for a goal-oriented and self-motivated individual seeking an enriching environment of challenging clinical cases and a busy referral caseload. We are currently expanding and renovating our practice to include room for our new endoscopy equipment and brand new Canon CT machine. You would be working along side our board-certified surgeon and radiologist as well as a team of highly trained, dedicated emergency veterinarians, technicians and support staff.
