We are looking for a candidate who has established expertise in client services and veterinary medicine. Essential functions of the role include coordinating 90-day training schedules for new hires, assisting with the development and facilitation of classroom training curriculum, utilizing a shadowing system for on-the-floor training and skills practice, and promoting core values during new hire training period.
