Claws and Paws Animal Hospital, a full-service privately owned companion animal hospital, is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Veterinarian. At least one year practice experience preferred, but highly qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply. We are located just west of Richmond, Virginia in beautiful Powhatan County. Our Veterinarians develop a rapport with our clients in order to understand their needs and strive to provide the highest quality medical, surgical and nutritional care. We offer full in house laboratory capabilities using IDEXX-vet test, and lasercyte (including differentials). We run full urinalysis including sediment, various ELISA tests, and fecals are done in house. We have daily pick up from our external lab and next day test results on all common tests. Digital radiography. Full in house pharmacy along with an online pharmacy. We also work closely with a local accredited compounding pharmacy. Dental radiography.
