The Equine Studies Department at the University of Montana Western is seeking a faculty member who is a student-centered, passionate, and collaborative educator.  We are looking to hire an Instructor (non-tenure track) or Assistant/Associate Professor (tenure track) of Equine Studies. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in equine studies and possibly other related areas.  Courses may include: Introduction to Equine Studies, Basic Horse Care and Nutrition, Advanced Nutrition, Equine Reproduction, Equine Science I and II, Herd Behavior, Contemporary Issues and Ethics in the Equine Industry, and Equine Facilities Management.
